Custom projects let buyers hire creators for work made to order. Everything runs through a contract, with payments protected in escrow.

Quick summary

1

Request or offer

Post a request or send an offer.

2

Contract

Agree on fixed-price or hourly terms.

3

Work and review

Fund, review, and approve.

4

Close

End the contract and leave reviews.

Two ways to start

  • Post a request: describe what you need and let creators apply.

  • Hire directly: choose Hire now on a creator and send a contract offer.

Choose a contract type

  • Fixed price: the work is split into milestones. You fund each milestone, the creator submits work, and you approve it to release payment.

  • Hourly: the creator logs hours against a weekly limit. You review hours each week and payment releases on Monday.

Stay in touch

Each contract has its own chat with the full history of offers, milestones, and payments.

Close the contract

When the work is done, end the contract. Both sides can leave a review.
