How creators run freebie draws and how viewers enter and claim prizes.

Freebies are giveaway rounds creators can run during live sessions. Viewers join with entry tickets and winners claim a free project.

For creators: add a freebie

When creating a live, choose Add freebie. Upload an image, add a title and description, and select the project you want to give away.

Start the giveaway

During the live, choose Start freebie. The countdown starts from 20 seconds, and entries are locked during the draw. The winner is shown to everyone.

For viewers: join the draw

Each freebie round uses 1 entry ticket. Use tokens to get more entries. Your first freebie spin includes a complimentary entry.

Claim your prize

If you win, choose Claim Freebie before the timer runs out. Claimed freebies appear in Profile > My Orders. If you don't want it, you can keep your entries for future freebies in the same live.
