Moderation outcomes, typical review times, and what to do if changes are required.

Some projects are reviewed by the ReUp moderation team before they go live. This keeps the marketplace safe and accurate for buyers.

Pending moderation

If your project needs review, you will see Pending Moderation after publishing. Review usually takes 1 to 3 days.

Possible outcomes

  • Approved: your project is published and live on ReUp.

  • Changes required: update the project and resubmit by the date in the email.

  • Rejected: the project doesn't meet policy requirements.

  • Removed or suspended: the project was taken down. The email includes a case number.

If your project is removed

Do not republish a removed or suspended project until the issue is resolved. Follow the steps in the email and reference your case number when you contact support.
