Change your email or phone number

How to change your email with a 6-digit code, and how to update your phone number.

ReUp doesn’t use passwords. You log in with your email and a 6-digit code, so your email is the key to your account.

Change your email

  1. Open Settings and scroll to Account.

  2. Enter your new email and tap Save Email.

  3. On Verify your email address, enter the 6-digit code we sent to the new email and tap Verify Code.

If the code doesn’t arrive, wait for the countdown and tap Resend Code.

Change your phone number

In Settings, under Phone Number, enter the new number and tap Change Number (Save Phone in creator mode). Phone numbers don’t need a verification code.

No passwords to manage

ReUp accounts don’t have passwords. Each time you log in, enter your email and the 6-digit code we send to it. Make sure you always have access to the email on your account.

Good to know

Your email only changes after you enter the code sent to the new address. Until then, keep using your current email to log in.
